1	Add fiendly date handling. Input and display. Prefer to put month/day/year as numbers (not to write out in words) - it would be even better if it could be entered without the slash or dash (e.g. tab to go from month to day to year)

2	Add "Set input date". Create a seperate page which will set an input date cookie. When entering awards and requirements the input date will be used. You can set or clear the date on the seperate page and when any page is refreshed it will use the newly set input date. Init the session by setting it to today's date.
